Where to monetize foreign traffic? 1 million daily uniques need to be turned into money

I’d like to start a thread where everyone can share suggestions on monetizing non-American traffic. Specifically, I’d like to focus on the hard to monetize 3rd world areas.

We need to monetize traffic in categories like:

Brazilian
Chinese
Indian
Polish
Turkish
Pakastani

etc, etc, etc.

I’m sure someone somewhere has something to sell each of these categories. Let’s discuss.
