SnapNames January Showcase Auction Concludes with Nearly $150,000 in Sales

Over the last few months, SnapNames.com has been conducting monthly auctions and even private party auctions with varying results. The recent monthly showcase auction, which ended yesterday (January 19th), concluded with the companies best result of nearly $150,000 in domains sold.

The January showcase auction (officially billed as the 1-4 character and 1 word ccTLD auction) got off to a roaring start with some great 3 letter domains getting early bidding frenzy,but then Snap pulled many of these auctions down.

The total sales rang in $147,936 on 120 domains sold, with the top sales going to 3 letter .com domains CZR.com for $22,250 , COA.com for $17,500 and BGM.com for $12,000
