Recently I have been talking with Clay Cook a local (Perth, Australia) business person. I was reading his personal blog at http://claycook.wordpress.com/ and thought that his latest post was worth sharing. Entitled “Slow The Fuck Down” it sends a very strong message about having balance in your work / life and his philosophy on how he goes about it.
