Lawsuit over employee bidding scandal voluntarily dismissed by plaintiff.
A lawsuit against Snapnames and parent company Oversee.net that was requesting class action status has been voluntarily dismissed.

Sedo posted the sale of Metal.com for $165,000 on their website yesterday. Whois history records show the previous owner as Wayne Lazarus of JZJ, LLC which has owned the domain name for at least the last 6+ years.
